The client record everything else hangs off.

Three questions worth asking first.

Where Kestrio differs

Most CRMs stop at pipeline. Kestrio accounts are the record delivery, billing, and the portal all hang off.

01

Billing a contact that is not even on the account?

02

Projects, tickets, and invoices each pointing at a different client name?

03

Importing a spreadsheet and then cleaning it by hand?

What's included

Do I need a separate CRM?

Accounts and contacts cover the delivery CRM. HubSpot and Salesforce stay the pipeline source if you already run one.

Can I import existing clients?

Yes. CSV import is available on Accounts and Contacts.

Where is the billing contact used?

Invoices, reminders, and portal invites use the contact on the account — so it has to be linked first.
