4DX Planning

Plan sprints, epics, and backlogs, then track velocity, standups, and retrospectives.

4DX Planning

4DX Planning is the agile workspace for sprints, epics, backlogs, velocity, standups, and retrospectives. Work still belongs to projects and tasks; this module schedules and tracks it in iterations.

Hub tabs: Sprints, Epics, Backlogs, Velocity, and Team Updates.

What 4DX Planning Contains

  • Sprints with boards, burndown, and sprint reports.
  • Epics across one or more projects.
  • Backlogs of unscheduled work.
  • Velocity for completed sprints.
  • Standups and team updates.
  • Retrospectives and releases on completed sprints.

Velocity and Team Updates

  • Velocity compares committed vs completed points for completed sprints, with average and rolling average. Filter by project.
  • Team Updates rolls up standup notes, blockers, and contributors across sprints.
