AI Copilot
Ask Tiko to search, summarize, and prepare actions across Kestrio.
AI Copilot
Tiko is the AI copilot for Kestrio. It helps you search records, summarize work, and prepare actions. Write actions are proposed first; you confirm before anything is saved.
Navigation
- Full page: /copilot
- Panel: open the copilot button on any app page, then expand to the full page if needed.
- Usage: /settings/ai-usage
Tiko is not a sidebar module. Availability depends on your plan and permissions.
What Tiko Can Help With
- Search and count records.
- Briefs for a project, account, task, ticket, incident, sprint, epic, or performance plan.
- Pending approvals.
- Time summaries.
- Knowledge base and help-doc search.
- Reports and analytics attention items.
- Skills and staffing questions — who knows a given skill, at what level, and what a job role requires.
- Drafts to create or update work.
Read-Only Answers
Tiko can answer using available context. These do not change records.
Examples:
- "How many projects are active?"
- "Brief me on this customer."
- "What approvals are pending?"
- "How many hours did I log this month?"
- "Summarize this ticket."
On a project, account, task, ticket, incident, sprint, epic, or plan page, Tiko may offer a Brief me prompt for that record.
Confirm Before Acting
When you ask Tiko to change something, it shows a draft. Review the fields, then Confirm or Decline.
Examples:
- Create or update a task.
- Create a ticket, project, account, contact, epic, sprint, backlog, or milestone.
- Log time, or submit a time entry or timesheet.
- Approve, reject, or return an approval.
- Create a calendar event.
Tiko should not claim an action happened before you confirm.
Threads
On /copilot you can:
- Start a new thread.
- Search, rename, archive, or delete threads.
- Use suggested prompts for the page you are on.
Good Prompts
Use clear prompts with the important details:
- "Create a high priority task titled Design onboarding canvas in Support Subscription, due day after tomorrow."
- "Brief me about this account."
- "Show hours by status for my time entries this month."
- "What is at risk on this project?"
AI Credits
AI actions consume credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy top-up packs that never expire.
Your balance is on the billing page, and anyone can see it — not just billing admins — so you can tell when the team is running low before Tiko stops answering.
If you see a message that you are out of credits, either buy a top-up, wait for the next billing period when the allowance resets, or ask an administrator to raise your plan's allowance. See AI Credits.
Limits
Tiko should not:
- Invent missing data.
- Override your permissions.
- Act on approved, rejected, or returned approval requests.
- Expose API routes or technical details unless asked.
If Tiko cannot see a record or action, ask an administrator to review your access and AI entitlement.
